of the Corsican mountains. You will trek in a stunning contrast
of sharp summits, deep canyons, glacier lakes, dense pine forests, airy plateaux
and
soaring pak.
It is a journey of extreme beauty into the wilds of Corsica. We offer the
GR20 self-guided, allowing you to walk comfortably at your own rhythm. With
the some use of support vehicles you have regular access to your luggage
and walk with no more than a minimal daypack.
The GR20 crosses the high granite barrier of mountains that form the natural
boundary between the North and the South part of Corsica.
You stay in different
accommodations: camps, refuges, gîtes, and shepherds cabins.
The GR20 does not require
climbing techniques,

to walk long distances on rugged ground. The trail winds over high ridges,
down deep chasms and bare granite slopes. There are many steep ascents and
descents, the scenery is very alpine.
