In the H24-budget trip (up to 21 km a day) you'll start and end in Broquiès, where you can (in July and August) make an easy canoetrip in light streaming Tarn river. The hotel has a fine pool. In Brousse-le-Château you'll paint the 9th and 13th century castle. In St. Izaire you'll visit a 16th century castle.

5 - 8 days, demi pension, hotels with toilet, shower/bath en suite. Rambling on quiet footpaths is a memorable way of experiencing the divers French "campagne" (countryside). A land for bird- and plantlovers. The film 'Microcosmos' about the life of insects was shot here. The Museum Micropolis is not far away.
The hotel-keepers will pamper you with their outstanding cuisine!  No need to say you won't see anything like the crowded mediterranean coasts here. Only quiet hilly mountains up to 700m, brooks and small, old nice villages in a beautiful natural environment.
