La Ligne Verte is a local,
family operated company dedicated to a personalized and customized approach
of activity tourism since 199 Years of cooperation
with local suppliers, hotel keepers, taxi drivers, local Offices de Tourisme
(Comité Départemental de Tourisme (CDT) de l´Aveyron) and designers and maintenance
workers of walking trails and mtb-tracks, resulted in our Southern France network.
We love travel and adventure
but we also love perfect organization : every detail is checked, every thing
is done so that all works out for the best. This part of France is
big enough for a great holiday. We are small enough to stay in touch with you.

We speak French, English, Dutch and a little bit of German.You might wonder why you get French walking tours from a Dutch website. The reason is we're Dutch and half French. We work and live in France as well as in the Netherlands. The company is founded at the Chamber of Commerce in Utrecht Netherlands (since 1992; number 30.110.180), but we live all year in France in Broquiès.
With our roots in a small village along the Tarn we came back from Northern Europe to live the countryside life of the South again. We want you to experience the quality of life this part of France has to offer: a beautiful environment, nice and relaxed people, culture and ancient history and according to a recent French survey, in l'Expresse, every year again, one of the best departments of France to live in.

Packages
5 to 22-day individual biking- or hiking trips with luggage transport and overnights in old typical hotels and inns with charm and character.
(generally) Halfboard basis (dinner+B&B demi pension).
Accommodation
Tours are offered in 5 accommodation classes: budget, standard, plus, superior and luxury. Shower and WC en suite in all classes. Global price indications of a 8 day (7 nights) tour with 7 dinners, 7 B&B, all luggage transfers, roadmaps, written instructions, assistance when in trouble included. Prices per person, Basic rates double occupancy, two sharing room:

**7 dinners 7 nights B&B 2** hotels from € 550 to € 640 p.p. Plus:

Standard packages are in ** hotel accommodations (often Logis de France and owner runned hotels) with shower and bath en suite. Sometimes in the best of family hotels we have come to know over the years (no chain hotels!). Quality of these owner run hotels in Aveyron is more than can be expressed in the number of stars!

Plus packages have one or more nights in *** hotels and exceptionaaly in guesthouses ("gîtes de charme" with pool).

Self-guided tours, (group guided tours when asked for; minimum of 6 persons needed); but as much support from us as needed and asked for when in real trouble.

Important group discounts for parties of 3 to 8 persons (5 to 25%).

The pools in our hotels don't come with gyms and other stuff, none of which our clients ever use.
